Lined canvas. Mild frame abrasion at edges. Horizontal stretcher bar mark faintly visible near upper edge under raking light. Slight yellowing to the varnish layer. Faint, finely patterned craquelure throughout. A very few scattered small dots of accretion, some appearing to be errant paint. Minor surface dirt and dust. Not examined out of frame due to size. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green unevenly. Brushy retouching in lower right corner, not appearing to affect the signature. A few scattered areas of brushy retouching to the figure's costume, particularly to her proper right sleeve. Framed Dimensions 42 X 31.25 X 2.5 Inches
