Warm toned print on semi-gloss paper, trimmed to edges on three sides and with a very narrow lower margin. Band of fading around edges; small specks of foxing; oxidation; warming of highlights etc. Munt brittle with some losses, particularly at corners; edges browned. In moderately good condition. Sold unmatted and unframed. The work is accompanied by a February 2005 article from Colorado History Now attempting to attribute an unsigned watercolor of the same subject (Mount Holy Cross) to Thomas Moran (who had also made a larger and signed painting of the scene.)
