From the collection of Grapefruit Moon Gallery Bunny Yeager met La Raine Meeres when she was in Miami Beach working as a dancer in Cab Calloway's Cotton Club Revue in the winter of 1957. She photographed Meeres in an extensive session, in a time when it was exceedingly rare for Block models to sit for white photographers. This print was later used in the creation of the Whitestone publication Bunny Yeager Photographs 50 New Models, and shows publication notations to verso.
